This 3-room apartment with around 55 m² is oriented towards the northeast and offers an attractive combination of direct mountain views and a view of the village of Scuol, with sunshine almost all day long. One room is designed to be interior, without windows, and offers a protected, quiet sleeping area. The balcony facing northeast invites you to a delightful start to the day in the Engadin mountain air. The enlarged bathroom with shower provides additional comfort. Pets are allowed.
The simple kitchen is perfectly equipped and offers everything necessary for the holidays: an oven or a microwave combination device, kettle and dishwasher are available. Two to four induction hobs as well as a small refrigerator round off the kitchen equipment.
